As a socially responsible manufacturer, CTC Union is concerned with the environment and has taken active measures to reduce carbon emissions and eliminate hazardous materials in their products. None of CTC Union products use chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) in their production process and since 2007 all electronics use non-lead soldering according to RoHS 2.0 and WEEE directives.
In addition, in response to energy conservation, carbon reduction and environmental protection, CTC has initiated a paperless policy in August 2019 for product documentation and will no longer provide printed product manuals or CDs. We will do our small part to alleviate global warming and focus on achieving the environmental goals of energy conservation and carbon reduction. Therefore, from now on, customers can scan the QR code sticker on our product box or access our website download page, to enter the exclusive account number and password to directly download electronic product manuals or software.
