Report Vulnerability
CTC Union thanks all customers, partners, and security researchers for helping us discover and improve the security posture of our products. If you have identified a potential security vulnerability in a CTC Union product, system, or service, please report it following the instructions below. PSIRT will contact you as soon as possible to begin the assessment.
Follow-Up Handling
After PSIRT receives a report, it will proceed through intake and acknowledgment, classification and assessment, investigation, and remediation in accordance with the process set out in the CTC Union Vulnerability Disclosure Policy (VDP), and will provide progress updates through the contact information you have provided once the process is complete.
